- Forty-five percent of people surveyed believed that those with straight teeth were more likely to be wealthy, intelligent and healthy.
- Two in five Americans would not go on a second date with someone who has crooked teeth.
- More than half of those surveyed believe someone with crooked teeth would be less likely to land a job when competing with someone who has a similar skill set and experience.
- Overall, those with straight teeth were perceived to have both a better personality and a more active social life. All these impressions from teeth!
